Once the submission is published related validation report and table of content TOC will generate as pdf files to give a summary of the current job2.
All human action will be restricted and managed by the system to avoid validation errors, there are common issues the Application will control

Build and fill XML eCTD backbone including all required attributes (ID, Checksum, href …).

Compile submission as selected authority procedur.
Validate existing compiled or imporetd submissions with a PDF validation report
Publishing submission with generated Table of Content TOC as PDF file including Envelope and filled parts and nodes.
Restricted permissions, authorized users have the permission to add new submissions, and delete or unlock published submissions for updates will occur when all authorized users confirm.
Publish compiled submission to defined or selected path with validation report & TOC and archive compressed submission with DateTime name.
